Youth IR

Dear colleagues!

Following rapidly developing modern IR-market trends, which are: increasing youth ambitions in the investment environment, introduction of new means of comfortable communication (such as instant messengers; telemarketing systems; professional Internet associations, etc.), introduction of new investment options, for example, emerging market of crypto actives, and the necessity of educational potential rise in the field of financial communications the Board of Directors of Russian IR association has made a decision to set up the youth division based on ARFI.

As a pilot project we are going to set up noncommercial youth project with a working title "The Globe of vacancies". Its main goal is to select profession-oriented vacancies in pre-university, university periods and at any later stages full-time professional positions, which, according to the previous experience, are highly demanded by youth. Within the project we will get in contact with national IR associations, in order to find out their opinion on this particular issue. In addition, we are looking forward to meet youth IR coordinators in your societies for effective teamwork.
